Park Amenities

Clubhouse

Our large clubhouse is available to all guests throughout the year. It contains seating for meetings, clubs, game nights, and parties/dinners. It also has 2 pool tables, a large TV, and restroom/shower facilities. It also serves as the Park’s main office. 

Lots

We have 105 large lots that include water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric, and a concrete pad.

Many of our lots are shaded and there are mature mesquite and citrus trees located throughout the park.

Laundry

Our separate laundry building contains four washers and four dryers and is available to all park guests during reasonable (posted) hours. The machines are coin operated and very economical compared to commercial alternatives.  

Swimming Pool

Our heated swimming pool is available to all guests and is a great place to hang out and cool off in the hot months. We’ve recently added a shaded awning area to get out of the sun as well.  

RC Race Course

The Penitas RC Racetrack group has a permanent RC race track on the park grounds. They hold 1/10 scale 2wd races every Wednesday at 12:00 noon.

The clubhouse is host to many activities:

• Birthday and anniversary parties
• Regular Bible Study on Thursdays
