Also, some of our listings show us as “Fountain at Peñitas RV Park”. That is an old name and we are in the process of getting this corrected.

We came here (along with our dog Cooper) in 2010. We were made to feel welcome and enjoyed it so much we purchased a unit to move in and live here permanently.
Since that time there have been many improvements to the park the upkeep has been great. We we are asked about our winter home by people in Wisconsin, we describe it as our “winter family”. We know that if the need arises, there are many people here who will lend a hand. It is a comfort to us and our loved ones far away.
in 2019 we sold our farm in Kansas, bought an RV, and set off to find warmer weather. We found this park through Passport America. The plan was to spend three days in Penitas while we visited other parks in the Valley.
During our 3-day stay. The folks in the park made us feel at home. We have a spacious lot, friendly neighbors, and a variety of activities at the clubhouse. The park is conveniently located, with nearby shopping, restaurants, and postal service.
Three years later we consider this our winter home and family.
I came here for the first time in 2011. The community was friendly and helpful to all. The park is kept clean and well-groomed. The park has many activities, and watching the RC car course races here at the park is fun.
